支持的账号格式

• 基础：email----password----totp（TOTP 可省略）
• iCloud：email----password----xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx（末段为 iCloud App 专用密码，自动 IMAP 收码）
• Outlook / MS：email----password----client_id----refresh_token
• 取件直链：email----password----https://取件链接
• Session：整行粘贴 {"access_token":"..."} 或纯 token（切到 Session 页签）

iCloud 号的「登录密码」与「App 专用密码」是两个不同凭据，分别放在第 2、3 段。
